Case
🛑 Case blocked — requires VA accreditation
This veteran cannot be charged for claims assistance in their state. There is no version of this call that ends in a sale. Do not quote a price. Do not take a card. Do not "check with Nick."
Say this — and mean it
Here's what I'd do in your shoes: go to va.gov/ogc/accreditation.asp and find an accredited VSO — the VFW, DAV, and American Legion all do this for free, and for what you've described they're a solid option. If you get denied and need to appeal, an accredited attorney can take that on contingency.
I'm sorry I can't do more. I hope you get what you earned."

How the team settings work
📥 New leads — on: he's in the round robin for new quiz leads (and orphan re-routes). Off: nothing new comes to him; he keeps every lead he already has and can still claim from the 🏦 Lead Vault himself.
💰 Commission is his % on his own closes; Manager + override is who earns an override on his deals and at what %. Rate changes apply to deals from today — past deals keep the old rate.
🎓 Training walls a user off: they see only training cases, and training cases never appear for anyone else or in any count, payout or digest. Tick it, then + case drops a realistic fictional veteran on their desk (new one each click). Untick to put them back on real files.
Add users in Supabase → Authentication → Users → Add user. They appear here automatically; set their role on their card. Keep email signups DISABLED so nobody self-registers.
🟦 Close CRM
Runs itself: every new lead goes to Close, failed pushes retry hourly, and the Close floor (statuses, pipeline, fields, call Outcomes, webhook, templates, smart views, team) is checked and repaired every hour. Nothing to click.
🔌 Home Base in Claude
Claude reads Home Base live through the Home Base connector: every case, the ball, ITF, tracker, plan of record (no phones, emails or SSNs), and it can file an intake straight onto a case when you say yes. Each person connects with their own Home Base login and sees what they see here.
Dropbox mirror
Every document filed on a case is copied to VCP Clients / Last, First / folder in the team Dropbox, with its transcription beside it. One click to connect; nothing else to set.
🪫 Can't-afford exclusion (Meta)
Closers hit 🪫 Broke asl on a lead card, or 🪫 Broke asl — send to exclusion audience at the bottom of the payment screen in a guided call, when a lead wants it but cannot buy — then pick keep in lead pool (still work him on payday) or remove (no-close). Every night those leads are pushed (hashed) into one Meta custom audience — VCP — Cannot Afford (exclude) — that you set as an exclusion on every ad set, so we stop paying to re-serve them. Un-marking removes them next sync. Exclusion works at any list size; only the lookalike waits for ~100 source people.
